The Stack
Why only three products at launch?
Because three is enough. Magnesium glycinate, D3+K2, and KSM-66 ashwagandha cover sleep, recovery, daily essentials, and cortisol — backed by more research than most brands' twenty-product catalogs combined. We launch with what works. We expand only when we find products that pass our standard.
Can I take all three at once?
Yes. There are no contraindications between them. We recommend taking magnesium and ashwagandha in the evening (calming, supports sleep), and Bone & Heart Support with a meal containing some fat (D3 and K2 are fat-soluble).
When will I notice something?
Magnesium glycinate is often felt within 3–7 nights for sleep depth and muscle relaxation. KSM-66 ashwagandha typically shows at 2–4 weeks for cortisol-driven outcomes. D3+K2 effects accumulate over weeks (most adults are deficient — bloodwork shows it). Give the stack 30 days minimum.
Doses & safety
Is 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 too much?
The IOM tolerable upper limit is 4,000 IU; the Endocrine Society's is 10,000 IU. Most adults with low sun exposure benefit from 4,000–5,000 IU daily. Toxicity is rare and tied to chronic dosing above 50,000 IU. If you have kidney disease or are on calcium-channel blockers, talk to your doctor.
I'm on blood thinners. Is K2 safe?
Talk to your doctor first. K2 can interact with warfarin and similar anticoagulants. We don't recommend starting K2 if you're on these medications without medical supervision.
Can I take ashwagandha long-term?
Most clinical trials run 8–12 weeks. Many users cycle 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Long-term safety data is positive in healthy adults. If you have thyroid conditions or take thyroid medication, talk to your doctor — ashwagandha can mildly increase thyroid hormone production.
Will magnesium make me drowsy during the day?
It's calming, not sedating. Most people notice deeper sleep and easier sleep onset, not next-day grogginess. Take it in the evening to align with the effect.

Are these third-party tested?
Yes. Manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities, tested for identity, potency, and contaminants. Certificates of analysis available on request — email us.
Where are the products made?
USA, in cGMP-certified facilities through our supplier partner. Phase 3 (post-launch revenue) involves moving to our own manufacturing for proprietary blends.
Why isn't there an all-in-one capsule?
Because all-in-one products are how you end up with fifteen ingredients at symbolic doses. Effective doses take space. Three separate products at clinical doses do more than one capsule with twenty ingredients ever could.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your account. We don't make you email us. We don't put you through a phone call. We don't show you five "are you sure?" screens.
What if I miss a delivery and need a top-up?
Buy individual bottles one-time at any point. The subscription doesn't lock out one-time purchases.
Shipping & returns
Do you ship internationally?
USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand at launch. EU, Japan, Singapore added once we verify regional compliance. If we don't ship to you yet, drop your country in the newsletter form and we'll let you know when we're live there.
How long does shipping take?
USA: 3–5 business days. AU/NZ: 5–10 business days. UK/CA: 7–14 business days. Tracking sent on dispatch.
What's the return policy?
30-day return window — even on opened bottles. We refund minus return shipping. No restocking fees, no restocking conditions. If the product didn't work for you, send it back.
