Subscription Terms

How subscriptions work

You buy a product (or the Foundation Stack bundle) and pick "Subscribe and save" instead of "One-time." The product ships immediately, and the same product re-ships at a regular interval (every 30 days for most products; every 60 days for Bone & Heart Support since one bottle is a 60-day supply).

You get 10% off every shipment versus the one-time price. Free shipping on every subscription order, regardless of order size.

You can change anything, anytime

Log into your account → Manage subscription. From there:

  • Skip a delivery — push the next ship date back by 1, 2, or 3 cycles
  • Swap products — change which products are in your subscription
  • Change frequency — speed up or slow down delivery cadence
  • Pause indefinitely — stop everything without cancelling
  • Cancel — end the subscription with one click

You don't need to email us. You don't need to call us. The button does what it says.

Cancellation policy

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no future charges, no future shipments. Any subscription order that has already shipped at the time of cancellation will still be delivered, and the standard 30-day return policy applies.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we retry the charge twice over the following 5 days. If both retries fail, the subscription pauses automatically and we email you. The subscription resumes when you update payment details — no penalty.

Pricing changes

If we ever change subscription pricing, we email you 30 days before the change applies to your subscription. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don't want it.

What happens to your data when you cancel

Your account stays open so you can re-subscribe with one click in future. Order history is retained per our Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion at any time by emailing hayden@vaelsupplements.com.
