Manufacturing

Every VAEL product is manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities in the United States through our supplier partner. cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) is the FDA's standard for facilities producing supplements — it covers ingredient identity verification, contamination controls, batch documentation, and finished-product testing.

Facilities operating under cGMP are subject to FDA inspection. They're required to maintain documented procedures for raw material sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and quality control.

Testing

Every batch is tested for:

  • Identity — verification that the active ingredient is what the label says it is, and that it matches the standardisation claimed (e.g. KSM-66 ashwagandha at 5% withanolides; vitamin K2 as the MK-7 isomer specifically)
  • Potency — verification that the milligrams claimed on the label are actually in the capsule
  • Contaminants — heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic), microbial limits, residual solvents

Certificates of analysis

Available on request for any product. Email hayden@vaelsupplements.com with the product name and we'll send the most recent COA for that batch.

If you want a specific batch number (e.g. you have a bottle in front of you and want the COA for that exact run), include the batch number from the bottle and we'll pull it.

Why we don't run our own ingredient sourcing yet

VAEL is at Phase 1 — launching with white-label dropship products that pass our standard. Our supplier partner runs a substantially larger ingredient supply chain than we could justify owning at our current volume. They have direct relationships with raw material producers (Ixoreal Biomed for KSM-66, Sabinsa for BioPerine, etc.) and can verify ingredient origin and quality at a scale we can't.

This changes at Phase 3, when we move to manufacturing our own proprietary blends. At that point we own the supply chain and can publish ingredient-level sourcing for every active.

What we'll never do

Inflate ingredient claims. Ship products with proprietary blends that hide doses. Use cheap forms (oxide, MK-4, synthetic folic acid, ergocalciferol) and call it premium. Run testing once and assume every batch is the same forever.

If you find an issue

If a bottle arrives damaged, the seal is broken, or anything seems off, email us with a photo. Replacement or refund within 24 hours. No questions, no return required.
