Shipping

Where we ship at launch: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand.

Coming soon: European Union, Japan, Singapore (pending regional compliance verification).

Delivery times:

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • UK / Canada: 7–14 business days

Shipping cost:

  • Free on all subscription orders
  • Free on one-time orders over US$50
  • US$7.99 flat rate on US one-time orders under $50
  • International rates calculated at checkout

Tracking is sent by email when the order dispatches. If your tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, email hayden@vaelsupplements.com.

Returns

30-day return window. Even on opened bottles.

If a product didn't work for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. No restocking fee. No questions. We'd rather have you tell us why it didn't work than have you stuck with a bottle you don't use.

How to return

  1. Email hayden@vaelsupplements.com with your order number and a one-line note on what didn't work.
  2. We send you a return address (US-based for US orders, AU-based for AU orders).
  3. Ship the bottle(s) back. Tracked shipping is on you.
  4. Refund processed to original payment within 3 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged on arrival

If a bottle arrives broken, the seal is compromised, or the contents look wrong, send a photo to hayden@vaelsupplements.com. Replacement or refund within 24 hours. No return required.

Subscription orders

You can skip, swap, or cancel any subscription delivery before it ships. Once a subscription order has shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies.

What we don't return

Bottles received more than 30 days ago. Bottles returned without prior contact (we won't have a way to associate them with your order). Half-used bottles where the issue is just that you decided to stop taking them — that's why we offer the subscription cancel button instead.
