Research Log

The studies behind the doses we use. Public, citable, and updated as new research comes out.

This page will grow. We're publishing one entry per active ingredient, each linking to the human trials the dose comes from. As Phase 2 products launch, we add their research alongside.

Coming this quarter

  • Magnesium glycinate — sleep depth, sleep onset, post-training recovery. The 200–400 mg elemental magnesium evidence base.
  • Vitamin D3 5,000 IU — the IOM and Endocrine Society guidelines, deficiency prevalence in modern adults, and the dose-response curves for serum 25(OH)D.
  • Vitamin K2 MK-7 — the Rotterdam Heart Study, the calcium-paradox research, MK-7 vs MK-4 half-life data, and bone-density trial doses.
  • KSM-66 Ashwagandha — the Indian clinical trial library on cortisol reduction, sleep onset, and stress recovery in adults. Why we use 600 mg specifically.

Why this exists

The first version of every supplement product page is a marketing claim. The Research Log is where we show our work. If we say "clinical dose," you can come here and see which clinical study, what the dose was, what the n-size was, and where to read it.

Most brands won't do this — because their doses don't match the research. Ours do.
